5-WEEK SWING DANCE LESSON SERIES
Get ready to swing into action with our Swing Series class! Led by expert instructor Kat Single-Dain, our classes cover a variety of styles including swing dance, lindy hop, and vehicular jazz. Perfect for dancers of all levels, this series of 5 weekly classes begins on and takes place every Tuesday from 6-730pm.
Class dates: July 30th for 5 classes
Location: Trout Lake Dog Park when nice out ! When rainy it's at Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret, 2050 Scotia St (entrance through glass door next to building loading bay)

To find the studio --- The venue can be hard to find - It's in the Artiste Building at 2050 Scotia Street, but you must enter through the glass door by the loading bay at the back of the building. The glass door is behind a chain-link fence. If you are at the front door of The Artiste Building, please walk north and take a right into the alley. See the pin on our website for the location, and don't give up you will find it!

Join us FOR 10 SUNDAYS STARTING SEPTEMBER 8TH from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at the Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret (2050 Scotia Street, entrance at Loading Bay) for a journey into the world of divine silliness and comic tragedy.
This is a workshop for beginners from the ground up. All welcome.
Taught by Kat Single-Dain with Guest Instructors. It's a space for worshiping and working out your inner clown, not formal lessons!

Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret was formed in 2006 on a rainy winter's night in a Strathcona, Vancouver art studio, when a group of local artists met over red wine and blue cheese and decided to collaborate.
The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret is dedicated to creating and supporting original work of physical theatre in stages both traditional and site specific. Since 2013, we operate from our studio The Dusty Flowerpot which is also available for rentals.
The DFC creates large scale musicals, small scale roving acts, and festivals. On a regular basis the DFC produces the well loved and community involved Parade of Lost Souls, a monthly "Third Thursday Cabaret" and a weekly "Clown Gym" work out for anyone who has clown or physical theatre equivalent training. All of these events are offered by donation. Please contact Kat Single-Dain, Artistic Director since 2013, to get involved with our season of activities, as there are many many opportunities!
